The Institution has been set up by one of the most powerful personality and highly vision man with very good vision in future, social worker recognized by the local people, good family background and dynamic and bold decision taken, with the dream of development of poor people, backward community for their food, clothing, and shelter. Founder Mr. V.BALAKRISHNA along with his wife Smt. C.RATHNAKUMARI, decided to set up a charitable and educational institution in the year 2001-2002. Under this institution, they wanted to achieve their goal of serving the poor and needy people in the region.
